Walking up the steps into a church for the first time can feel a bit intimidating ... so to help you, here are some questions and answers that hopefully show you that we are a welcoming community and happy to have you join us:

ANSWER |
| Am I welcome? |
YES - All are welcome. We have a people from all ages and from all over the world. Being in the town centre attracts many people working at Kettering General Hospital and it will be great to get to know you too |
| How long is the service? |
Just over an hour normally, after which you are welcome to join us for a hot drink and biscuits. |
| Are children welcome? | YES - Children are welcome and come into the service with the adults. Except from monthly Family Services, the children aged 0 to 17 leave to join groups part way through the service. This is made clear and all are welcome. |
| Will I be judged? | I hope not! We recognise that nobody is perfect and want everyone to feel welcome. |
| What do I need to wear | Clothes... any clothes that you are comfortable in. There is no dress code. |
| Do I need to bring any money? |
Nope! Half way through the service we take up an offering, but this is meant for those who come regularly to give money that they want to give to help fund the expenses of the church. We do NOT expect anything from visitors or those who don't know us well yet. Simply pass the offering plate on and don't feel obliged to give anything. |
| Where can I sit | In any empty space that you feel comfortable. Near the front, the back, the middle. |
We hope this helps! Feel free to ping us an email (address at the bottom of this page) with any questions that you may have.
